A torn mesh panel may only need rescreening. A bent frame, failed corner or poorly fitting door requires a different repair. We check the complete screen before recommending the work.
Mesh is only one component
The Frame, Corners, Spline and Fit All Matter
New mesh will not correct a twisted frame or a missing corner. On a screen door, worn rollers, handles and alignment can also prevent proper closing even when the mesh is intact.
Bring the removable screen when practical, or send a photo showing the complete frame and the damaged area. Custom fabrication requires accurate dimensions and confirmation of the channel where the screen fits.

Replacement Screen Frames
A missing or bent screen may require a newly measured frame with compatible corners, tabs and mesh. Dimensions should come from the opening, not only from the damaged frame.
Mesh and Specialty Screen Types
Standard insect mesh, heavier pet-resistant material and other visibility or durability options feel different in use. We explain the trade-offs before fabrication.
Avoid a poor fit
Do Not Guess Screen Dimensions From the Glass
The screen sits in a separate track or channel, so visible glass dimensions do not establish the finished frame size. Thickness, hardware and insertion clearance also matter.
When an original screen is available, it provides useful information about the frame profile and attachment points. A missing screen generally requires the opening itself to be measured.
