Black Windows Across a White-Brick Mississauga Home
A large whole-home package replaced windows across several elevations, including a tall stairwell stack and a rebuilt basement opening, while two patio doors completed the exterior update.

One Finish Connects Many Different Openings.
The home includes large front windows, narrow vertical units, a tall stairwell arrangement, conventional room windows and a basement opening. Using the same black exterior finish gives these different shapes a consistent relationship against the white brick.
The project also included two patio doors, extending the window colour and sightlines to the rear access points. At the basement, the opening was rebuilt so the new unit could be properly seated and sealed rather than being treated as a simple insert.
A whole-home project benefits from decisions being made across the entire elevation: frame colour, grille choices, operating sections and patio doors can be compared together. Start with our replacement window overview and patio door guide.
Tall Windows, Dark Frames and Coordinated Doors.
Closer exterior views show how the black finish carries from the narrow stairwell windows to the patio door system.
