Bay Window Rebuild and Whole-Home Window Update
This Brampton home needed more than a standard window swap. Once the bay window over the garage was opened, deteriorated material was found and the assembly was rebuilt before the new window was finished.
The Bay Structure Had to Be Corrected First.
The planned work covered replacement windows throughout the house, including casement and slider configurations. The upper bay window became the defining part of the project when the existing assembly was removed and damaged material was exposed.
Instead of covering the problem, the bay base and surrounding structure were rebuilt and insulated before the new white window was installed. That sequence matters: the new unit can only perform as intended when the opening beneath it is stable, dry and properly prepared.
